Pheonix Won't Spawn - Guild Wars Forums

I just recently got KoaBD and I went into my hall and the pheonix didn't spawn

In my hall I got
-max titles displayed
-5 elite armors
-20 minis
-5 statues
-2 destroyer weaps(People say this doesn't need to be maxed)

I was sure I went in there alone, I'm in account view,and I finished EOTN,

What else am I missing? O_o

I got the Pheonix a couple days ago. What I read, was 9 Destroyer weapons is needed. I will track it down again.

A Full Hall of Monuments will improve the appearance of the Monument of Honor by 1 rank, allowing you to obtain the Rainbow Phoenix at rank 1 of Kind Of A Big Deal instead of rank 2.

Anomaly! For the purposes of acquiring the Phoenix, the Monument of Valor need only have 9 weapons (instead of the maximum 11).

honestly, unlocking it in the menagerie is probably the easiest way to access a pheonix....sure u need 80k balth faction but realistically, its easy to do

I got my phoenix without 9 weapons in the HoM. If I recall correctly I had maybe 2 dest and was going to dedicate my second or third torm weap. Had 5-6 armors, 20 minis, roughly 8 heroes/pets and a large number of titles. Wasn't expecting to see the phoenix there because I thought you could only get at r2 KoaBD

ad5631, in order to get 80k Balth faction, you first have to gain a total of fourteen PvP title ranks. That's... not exactly quick or easy.

Have you tried personal view? I think it is by character not account.

That's most likely the problem, when I got my pheonix all I needed was 10 maxed titles.

Umm, yeah, that is known and mentioned several times in the above posts. There are 2 different requirements, you only need one of the two. One is 10 max titles, the other is what this thread is about.

Well, Wiki says personal or account wise doesn't matter. However 1 of my 5 armor sets is from a separate character. So on personal view I only have 4/5 armor sets (I don't think this is the problem since I've seen people get it on account view). I'll try adding more to the weapons and see what happens.

Edit: My friend told me he got the bird with 3 destroyer weapons, i think this may vary for everyone, since some people get it at 9

So YMMV and randomness should be taken into account.

New Theory: Is it possible, that you need to complete all 3 campaigns + eotn on that character?

I have completed 2 campaigns, P&F, Cartography one same 2, Capped elite skills same 2. EotN completed. That = KoBD (1) 6 maxed titles. 11 Achievements under Honor, 5 sets of armor on that same character. Statues of 5 heroes & 2 pet companions, 20 minis, 11 Destroyer weapons. Until a couple days ago, I had never entered HoM completely alone. Went in with no heroes and there it was. I went back out, changed to R 2nd, put on Charm, and now leveling my Pheonix.

Maybe just complete prof? I've yet to done that. Maybe that could be a possibility. As for weapons I've seen people get it from 2-11 so I think thats not the issue. I think there maybe some other subrequirement that people unknowingly fulfill. Because I'm testing this out with a friend, who got the bird on the bare MINIMUM. (5 armor, 5 hero statues, 3 weapons, 20 minis, max titles displayed) 5title KoaBD. If anyone can help contribute/counter theories that would be great

I am standing in my HoM looking at the Phoenix. I only have three Destroyer weapons and no Torment ones. I am on account mode so there are at least five armors. But I have 22 titles so I am way past KoaBD.

I think if you just get "People Know Me" title level you will be all set. It will take longer but be cheaper than spending gold on more weapons.

Hey, guys thank you all for the help. I FINALLY! got the bird. My HoM had the above items , but when I added 2 more destroyer weapons, it finally spawned. Thanks again guys.
